Numită după Reisel Premitcă, zisă Rosa, căruia îi aparținea clădirea in 1907, suita oferă un dormitor matrimonial, o antecameră cu canapea și o zonă de birou.

SUITA SILVIA [SILVIA SUITE]
“Silvia” amintește de o fostă proprietară din anii ’30, fiica negustorului Popeea, care a dat si numele casei. Suita se distinge printr-o panoramă fabuloasă asupra orașului, Dunării si Munților Măcinului.
[“Silvia” goes back to a former owner of the house in the 1930s, the daughter of the merchant Popeea, who gave the house its name. The suite boasts an amazing view over the city, the Danube and the Macin Mountains.]
